My aim as a counsellor is to be guided by my client at all times in the process of therapy, working at a pace which feels comfortable and non threatening within a therapeutic relationship that is based on respect and unconditional acceptance. I firmly believe we all have the inner resources to be able to work though any difficulties we experience. Counselling offers the time, space and opportunity to help us identify these strengths, which in turn, enable us to resolve concerns and problems that are having a negative effect on our life.
